Rockin’ 7 Quarter Horses has been family owned and operated since 1996. Scott Watts the founder of Rockin’ 7 started Breeding and Training Quarter Horses in his early 20s. The First Rockin’ 7 Stud was Starsky Glo Freckles (Frito), grandson of Colonel Freckles. Scott began to expand the Rockin’ 7 breeding program when he added All American Shiner, an own son of Shining Spark, My Oleana Dun It, an own son of Hollywood Dun It, and Dusty Dry Chex as studs. Scott passed down his passion for the horse industry to his son Davis Watts.Today Rockin’ 7 is run by Davis and Scott. Davis is in charge of Rockin’ 7s Training program, while Scott works with the Breeding program.
